Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited within 7-14 working daysto the original payment method. UPI refunds may be faster (2-3 days). Credit card refunds depend on your bank's processing time.

How to Cancel

Log in to your Safarnama account -> My Bookings -> Select booking -> Cancel Booking. Or contact us via support or email hello@safarnama.in.

Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government-mandated travel bans, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events, Safarnama will offer a full refund or free date rescheduling.
